As we continue to grow our online presence, we are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Management Intern to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Social Media Management Intern, you will assist in executing social media strategies, creating content, and engaging with our online community. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management within a supportive and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond appropriately to maintain positive engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design; familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
