We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online/Virtual Teaching Intern to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing learning experiences for students.
Job Summary:
The Online/Virtual Teaching Intern will assist in delivering high-quality educational content in a virtual environment for Hindi Medium students. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in online education, teaching methodologies, and digital communication tools while helping students engage with their studies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering online classes for Math, Science and English to 10th and 12th class students (Uttar Pradesh Hindi Board).
- Facilitate virtual classrooms using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other online education tools.
- Create engaging educational materials, including presentations, quizzes, and interactive activities.
- Support students in their learning by providing guidance and answering questions in a timely manner.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on assignments and assessments.
- Participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Science, Technology, Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi language, with an ability to engage and motivate students.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
